What's to come in 2012?

Okay, so this is my first post of 2012.  I know I haven't blogged anything for a month.  This is because I have nothing to blog about.

I know it was December and there should be load of things to shoot, because of Christmas.  But as some of you who know me, I not a Christmas guy.  I think it's too generic.  Although, the streets are alive, filled with decorations and light, I just thought filming it, is not a great idea.

The reasons being.  I live in Colindale and it's surrounding are not great.  The closet you come to Christmas, is Brent Cross Shopping Centre and you cannot film in there.  Also, wherever the nice decorations and lights are, it would always be crowded.  I don't like taking my camera out to central London, especially in the lead up to Christmas.

Anyways, what is to come in 2012?

Well...  I would be posting more.  I'm planning to get a new phone, so that posting would be more mobile and I can take picture of shoots or writing sessions.

I hope to put some videos out there on Vimeo or YouTube, just to showcase my work and my portfolio.

And... There is a sitcom.  I'm writing a 6 episode series with two mates of mine and where looking to pre-prod by this month.  Hopefully we get filming on February and put up online in a few months time.  But I'm really exited about it.  I would like to say it's really hilarious, but I don't like to hype a lot, so when it comes out, you guys be the judge.  And it's staring three of us.  Prior to this sitcom, two of us, haven't acted in front of a camera before.  So I can't wait to film this, I think it will be a good laugh.

I will try to post some stuff in the near future.  I don't like to use this blog, as a diary entry, as I have demonstrated here.  This is just one off.  I will try to come out with some new ideas/content to blog about.

But in the mean time, bring on 2012.
